HKETO Jakarta hosts Marvels in Hong Kong media event to celebrate 25th anniversary of establishment of HKSAR

Hong Kong has always been a popular tourist destination, boasting rich tourism and cultural assets. With the lifting of the compulsory quarantine requirement for overseas visitors since late September and various mega events in the pipeline, HKETO Jakarta is delighted to present the media event to showcase Hong Kong’s latest developments in areas such as arts, culture and tourism to the Philippine community.
Speaking at the event, the Regional Director of Southeast Asia of the HKTB, Mr Raymond Chan, said that Hong Kong has always been close to the hearts of Philippine travellers, and is one of the most popular travel destinations for them. With new infrastructure developments and experiences in Hong Kong, the city cannot wait to welcome Philippine travellers back to Hong Kong to experience the new tourism offerings.
Another speaker at the event was Mr Sheung-yuen Lee, Director General of the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office HKSAR Government.

HKETO Jakarta will host an exhibition entitled “Marvels in Hong Kong: 25 Years and Beyond” in Manila this coming weekend (starting Oct 14) at the Ayala Activity Center of Ayala Mall, Mall Bay.
