With the campaign period in full swing leading to Election Day 2025 on May 12, Manila mayoralty candidate Sam Verzosa admits girlfriend Rhian Ramos serves as his anchor and haven.
"Maswerte ako at may Rhian Ramos na nagbibigay inspirasyon," he said. "She gives me peace of mind, peace of heart. Sana andyan ka lagi (, Rhian)."
The "Dear SV" host shared that despite her equally busy schedule, the "Sinagtala" actress makes it a point to check on and even spring a surprise visit on him occasionally as she did most recently.
"Binisita at sinamahan niya ako, nakakawala ng pagod," Sam said. "Kaya naman sa next caucus ko, ang ganda ng speech ko."
Not just pretty and talented, the public servant revealed the actress is also "magaling mag-isip."
"Katulong ko siya sa pag gawa ng programa at plataporma," said Sam, whose main thrust for his city is KKK which stands for Kalusugan, Kaalaman and Kabuhayan.
With that, he underscored and advised people on the importance of choosing the right partner.
"Isa yan sa mga mahahalagang desisyon na gagawin mo sa buhay dahil ang partner ay naka-iimpluwensya sa yo," he said to that effect.
