RUNaway hit, reSOUNDing success

"Sound Sphere AI Run: Changing Mindsets, Changing Lives" held March 16 at University of the Philippines was talk of the town for days on end.

The community-centric event that raised awareness on hearing health was hosted by Manila Hearing Aid, a pioneer in Philippine hearing care, and organized by RB Multimedia Agency.

The program kicked off at 4:30 a.m. with the DJ, followed by dynamic stretching at 5:20 a.m.

The official race started as follows: 5:30 AM for the 5K race; 6:00 AM for the 3K race, and 6:30 AM for the 1K race. Participants  included doctors, families, professionals and even patients of Manila Hearing Aid.

Of course, "Sound Sphere AI Run" also celebrated innovation in hearing care in light of March being National Hearing Month.

Participants were able to experience Phonak's latest innovation, the Phonak Audio Sphere Infinio.

Phonak, founded in Switzerland in 1947, has been crafting cutting-edge hearing devices. It is globally recognized for its extensive range of hearing care solutions and technological innovations.

"With the launch of the latest model, we are introducing a game-changing innovation that offers individuals an enhanced and more natural listening experience," said Dr. Liza Abano-Robles, President of Manila Hearing Aid.

Phonak Audio Sphere Infinio is powered by AI technology. It is able to make conversations clearer by filtrering out background noise---even in the loudest places. It also helps users hear effortlessly from any direction. Designed for universal connectivity, it easily connects to multiple devices for seamless use.

Dr. Abano-Robles added: "This run is more than just a race---it's a movement to inspire change and champion hearing accessibility."

The prizes at the race included high-quality hearing buds and medals, awarded by Manila Hearing Aid General Manager Carlos Jose Bate.
