Social media sensations Rosmar Tan, Boss Toyo and Diwata enthusiastically talked about vaping at the Shift x Chillax vape fest 2024 held at MetroTent Convention Center on May 25.

The three endorse Shift for free, said Shift International CEO Eugene Chua, because Philippine laws "do not allow advertisment for products" such as theirs.

The celebrities agree that between vaping and smoking cigarettes, they like the first better as it "doesn't give you bad  breath." Diwata added in a separate interview that vape doesn't taste as strong as cigarettes. and that vaping helps him relax.

Shift Chillax has enough number of variants to cater to anyone's and everyone's preference, he added. Some of these showcased at the vape fest were Sea Salt Lemon, Gummy Bear, Black Currant, Iced Lychee and Sweet Honeydew.

Rosmar can afford to promote the vape companies and their products pro bono as she reportedly earns 13 million pesos per day (yes, per day!)from her businesses. Besides, she and Eugene have been friends "kahit di pa po ako mayaman noon" so she more than willingly helps him out now.

Diwata can be as generous with his time and pitch. He has an ultra-successful "paresan" in Pasay City with branches in Quezon City and the provinces coming soon. The celebrity is also seen on "Batang Quiapo" starring Coco Martin, who happens to be Diwata's "crush." He is thinking of giving the actor some vape products "kahit di ko naman sigurado kung nag va-vape siya o hindi."

Actually, Boss Toyo of  "Pinoy Pawnstars"-fame and Diwata could be vape buddies. During the interview, Boss Toyo would sneak in a puff or two whenever the others in the panel were being asked questions.

Eugene pointed out that though vaping is quite controversial topic in the country these days, as long as they observe all legalities---especially not selling vape to people below 18 years old---then they will uphold their "commitment" to both distributors and customers. "Suportado namin ang Bureau of Internal Revenue..." he said.

Also at the presidential table were Chillax CEO Ben Xu, and Chillax Global Marketing Product Manager Celine Cheung.

Aside from Rosmar, Diwata and Boss Toyo, more than a dozen influencers attended the vape fest.

Adding more dun to the festivities that night were the raffle of prizes amounting to about five million pesos, including a brand new car and several big bikes.
