Watch out for two new sexy-drama films with intriguing storylines, “Kabit” and “Salisihan” premiere exclusively on Vivamax this February.
A film by Lawrence Fajardo, “Kabit” stars Dyessa Garcia, Victor Relosa, Josef Elizalde, and Angela Morena. The story revolves around an aspiring actress, who wants to claim stardom. As she reaches her dream, she crosses the line between art and exploitation, which ruins her dignity, self-respect, and reputation.
Angela Morena plays Laura who is the lead actress for a theatre play. Laura accepts the role in this play to rebel against her controlling mother.
To their dismay, the play flops even on its initial preview, and the company and its production have no choice but to fix the material and save the play. With this, desperate measures are taken, and the play’s director messes up with Laura to bring out their vulnerability and anger, hoping they will show these emotions on stage.

“Salisihan”, a Vivamax original movie, tells the story of husband and wife Dan and Anna (Chester Grecia and Zsara Laxamana) who are experiencing a “seven-year itch”, but they don’t address it. If anything, the only itch they act on is that of having sex.
This changes when a young woman suddenly shows up at their doorstep claiming to be pregnant. Sophie (Amabella de Leon) tells them that the father is Gab, Dan’s son. Dan never knew he had a son with his former girlfriend from many years back, but pieces of evidence lead him to believe that Sophie is telling the truth.
Sophie’s presence and the mission of finding Gab turn out to be good for Dan and Anna. The romance in their marriage is rekindled. Their lovemaking becomes sweet, instead of wild. But there are times that Sophie would witness them in the act.
With Sophie’s raging hormones and frustration in searching for Gab, it’s not surprising that she develops a sexual tension towards Dan.
Is Sophie going to be a threat to Dan and Anna’s marriage after all? Are they really prepared if Gab (Ralph Christian Engle) comes into their lives?
