Dr. Stephene Roy Condino or "Doc Bigs" is being celebrated in the Philippine business community as their newest rising star.

So young yet already so accomplished, he is the driving force behind top marketing agency, MASA Inc. Under his leadership, the company's growth exploded by 300% .

He's also behind the success of Wodd PH, a top brand for bamboo watches and sunglasses.

Stephene heads Condino and Associates Consulting Group, assisting businesses in their growth strategies.

His rich educational background includes a Doctorate from the University of Liverpool, the first ever Filipino and youngest graduate, elite program from the London Business School, an Executive MBA from Ateneo de Manila, in partnership with Regis University, and an esteemed position as a post-doctorate fellow in business at the University of Oxford.

The doctor currently teaches at De La Salle University and Ateneo de Manila University.
